You would be better off submitting a support ticket with all your information and install problems.

You think "support ticket" will fast solve a problem?

I am not confident, 2 months have passed and my problem not solved, I have sent to support (FTP) access and all that they required, but no results!!!

I am very dissatisfied with purchase of this SEOScriptsPro, they did not refund me money and the problem is not solve!
Make something of two!!!

Just I consider that some problems should be solved at a forum instead of in "support ticket" where any should know about existing problems.
